Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
