Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Professional Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
