Position: C++ Developer We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused C++ Developer to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
