Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
