Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
