Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
