Position: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT InTERN We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT InTERN to deliver excellence across key functions. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
