Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
