Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks.
