Position: Entry Level .Net Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Entry Level .Net Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
