Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
