Scope of Responsibilities: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
