Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
