Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Professional Requirements: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
