Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
