Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation.
