Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
