Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
