Position: .NET Developer A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced .NET Developer to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
