Principal Responsibilities: Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Candidate Requirements: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
