Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area.
