Position: Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Role Responsibilities: Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
