Position: Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
