Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
