Position: Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior ML/CV/AI Software Engineer to strengthen our high-performing team. Main Accountabilities: Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
