Role Responsibilities: Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
