Position: Software Engineer II We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Software Engineer II to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
