Position: Software Engineer II We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Software Engineer II to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Responsibilities Include: Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
