Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
