Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
