Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
