Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
