Scope of Responsibilities: Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
