Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
