Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly.
