Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
