Position: Frontend Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Frontend Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Education and Experience Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
