Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
