Position: Mid Fullstack Web Developer (Node, CouchDB, TypeScript, Vue) An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Mid Fullstack Web Developer (Node, CouchDB, TypeScript, Vue) to contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
