Scope of Responsibilities: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
