Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
