Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Education and Experience Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies.
