Key Responsibilities: Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
