Key Responsibilities: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
