Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
