Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
