Position: Software Engineers/Code Analysts Senior level We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Software Engineers/Code Analysts Senior level to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
