Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
