Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
