Position: Software Engineer We invite a proactive and capable Software Engineer to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
